We need a High Pay Commission says Mark Alcock

Shadow MP for Oldham West & Royton including Chadderton, Mark Alcock, has added his support to the call for a High Pay Commission.

The need for a High Pay Commission is highlighted by a launch this week featuring Lib Dem Shadow Chancellor, Dr Vince Cable MP.

Campaigners say they want a Commission to start a wide ranging review of excessive pay and look at things like the maximum wage rations and taxation of bonuses.

Says Mark Alcock: "More and more people are becoming sickened at the unjust rewards given to a few "masters of the Universe" while ordinary people like you and I face real financial difficulties. It's time we took a serious look at a society that allows such levels of injustice".
